We offer a co-designed 1 or 2 day Strategic Learning Workshop that is neutrally facilitated with your diverse stakeholders. Prior to the Workshop, data is collected and visualised on:
- Progress to date – through a proven and customisable progress mapping tool
- Collaborative health – through online or participatory processes
The tangible outcomes of the Workshop are a documented shared understanding of progress, increased capacity to learn in complexity and adapt, and collective agreement of the areas of focus, development and action.
