WHAT Deep Collaboration Intensive

WHEN Starts 8 September 2021

WHERE Online

Enrolments are currently open for the Deep Collaboration Intensive – Practice and Awareness for Facilitating Collaboration with First Nations and other Australians.

Part of the Collaboration for Impact Systems Change Learning Program, this is a six day intensive practice developmental workshop with a small learning cohort, supported by self directed learning, coaching, group and individual reflection and application. This is followed by ongoing community of practice to continue your learning.

Deep Collaboration aims to build the capacity of those working on systemic change, to work in collaboration with First Nations and non-Indigenous Australians.

In this program of live workshops, self-directed learning and coaching, participants will:

  • Increase understanding and ability to apply the practice of Deep Collaboration.
  • Learn how to develop a shared understanding of dyanamics across race and power with your collaboration.
  • Improve awareness and create conditions to empower and authorise yourself and others when working with Deep Collaboration.
  • Learn how to lead others to be more aware of their relationships to Power and Authority.
  • Learn how to identify patterns of behaviour around power and race and develop personal skills to respond appropriately.
  • Create the conditions for systems change with First Nations and other Australians
